THE INSPIRATION
The look of the event will merge both visual and cultural sources within a traditional Emirati setting that has been simplified
and refined for a slightly more modern feel, with sporadic pops of rich color, and warm ambient lighting.
The setting will feature a mix of rich fabrics in earthy neutral tones complimented by classic Polo greens, navy blues and the
use of iconic British fabrics & patterns. Thoughtful uses of artistic Emirati elements, such as majlis seating and subtle
geometric pattern will be contrasted by the gritty nature of polo mallets and equestrian tools.
Overall the event will present a visual collage of countless cultural elements brought together in the most subtle and

provides the best views for a match, or alternatively, tent settings which can be either private or public and are

Throughout the event guests will notice the subtle yet intentional combination of traditional visual elements
from both regions. Mainly observed through the detailed pieces of décor which will feature vintage
accessories, tools, fabrics, and textures significant of the two origins which have been merged in creative

The Cultural Exchange Wall will serve as vibrant way of bringing together traditions, sayings, stories, and slang
from both cultures, and will be built and developed by guests over the duration of the event. This activation aims

A series of rooms on display showcasing uniquely designed interiors that fuse together elements such as

A live display of the intricate and beautiful art of Arabic calligraphy which guests will get to observe
and enjoy as the artist adds flair to traditional polo memorabilia.

A one-of-a-kind runway celebrating the equestrian arts while showcasing an innovative collection
which pulls the best silhouettes, fabrics, and trends from both cultures and brings them together to
form unique, yet elegant fashion-forward pieces.
HISTORY ON SCREEN
A cozy screening detailing the history of the sport in the local region and its growth amongst the
community. Guests will get informed on how the UAE is now one of the major players when it comes
to Polo regions and how it intends to build on that.
TAILOR MADE
Gentlemen guest will be treated with the opportunity to design, get fitted and place orders for their
own bespoke suit combinations which will be executed by tailors that are masters of their crafts and
using the finest traditional English fabrics such as the iconic tweed.
SCENT BAR
A hands-on sensory experience allowing guests to get informed but also try their hand at the unique
art of perfumery and scent creation. Guided by experts, they will get to create their own personal

STAFF
Staff uniforms will combine practicality with a sense of elegance and approachability.
Consisting of light flowing button-up shirts in a muted earthy green tone, boding well with the elements and
weather and creating a connection to the surrounding natural landscapes. Those, paired with beige or tan
dress trousers will bring forth that polished yet relaxed feel, and a look that is both classic and
contemporary, consistent with the rest of the event and providing staff with a sense of comfort and
professionalism.
EVENT FAVORS
Guest will be each be given a personal polo ball which they can choose to personalize with names, initials
or meaningful words with the help of the talented calligraphy artist on-site.
